Fix-a-Form International joint venture in India
Collaboration with Unick Fix-a-Form and Printers, India

UK based leaflet label licensor Fix-a-Form International Ltd is delighted to report news of their investment and joint venture with their Indian licensee Unick FAF & Printers Ltd.
The major capital investment is part of a long term strategic move to strengthen market position as a global brand and re-enforce the network’s ability to support the large growing demand for labels and leaflet labels in India.
In addition to becoming equal partners in the family controlled company, Fix-a-Form International will provide further support with improved production equipment which will increase Unick’s capabilities and output capacity.
Andrew Denny commented: “With our investment and expertise Unick will now be able to step up a gear and achieve significant growth to meet the growing demand of both labels and our unique multi-page labels.” Unick FAF and printers is a family controlled public company based in Ahmedabad. It was established in 1993 and today supplies self-adhesive labels and leaflet labels to a growing customer base. Managing Director Tony Vasa commented: "With technical and machinery support from Fix-a-Form International, Unick will be able to produce the latest versions of multi-page labels with faster deliveries for the FMCG, Pharmaceuticals and other Industries".
